WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER

It's really fast! We strive to deliver all our orders/products as quickly as possible. Depending on your address, delivery takes 5 to 7 working days..

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we ship the order, you will receive a Notification with the tracking link. You can click on that and track the order.

HOW MUCH WILL THE SHIPPING COST ME?

Shipping is free above the order net payable value of Rs. 1999.  For order values below Rs. 1999, shipping charges of Rs. 50 are applicable.

WILL I HAVE TO BE PERSONALLY PRESENT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our shipping partner will drop you a mail or SMS before attempting the delivery. We recommend that you receive the order yourself. If it is not possible then you can ask your family member or neighbour to receive the parcel. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.

I WASN'T AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THE DELIVERY, BUT I WANT MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

WHEN DO I GET MY EXCHANGE SHIPMENT?

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will dispatch your exchange within 2 days from our warehouse.
