Exchange & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, your product must meet the following requirements:

• Timeframe: The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The product must be in its original state—unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Packaging & Tags: All original brand tags, labels, and price stickers must be intact. The Tag Loop must not be broken or tampered with. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Unboxing Video (Mandatory): Recording a complete video while opening the parcel is compulsory. This video serves as essential proof for processing any replacement requests.

2. The Exchange Process

You can now manage your exchange directly:

• Step 1: Submit your exchange request through our Website Portal or contact our Support Number.
• Step 2: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience. Please note that a nominal pickup fee of ₹99 must be paid to process the request. (Note: If the wrong product was delivered, we will handle the pickup and shipping costs at no extra charge).
• Step 3: Upon arrival at our warehouse, the item will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
• Step 4: Once the QC is successful, your replacement item will be dispatched.

3. Shipping & Costs

• General Exchanges: For exchanges related to size, color, or style preferences, a pickup charge of ₹99 will be applicable. This fee covers the reverse logistics from your doorstep to our warehouse.

Note: Only one exchange per order is permitted.

4. Flexible Exchange Options

• Product Choice: You may exchange your item for the same product in a different size/color, or choose a completely different product from our collection.
• Price Difference: If the new product is of a higher value, the difference must be paid before the new item is dispatched.
• Out of Stock: If your preferred replacement is unavailable, you are free to swap your item for any other available product across our entire website.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot process exchanges for:

• Any product that has been altered, stitched, or resized.
• Products damaged due to improper handling.
• Items where the tag loop has been broken or removed.
• Requests made after the 7-day window.

6. Important Disclaimers

• Colour Variations: Slight color variations may occur due to digital screen settings and professional lighting. These variations do not qualify as a "Wrong Product" claim.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned product does not meet the quality standards mentioned above. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
