Exchange Policy
We strive to deliver your order accurately and in the correct size. However, if you receive the wrong product or it doesn't fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please allow 5–7 additional days for the returned product to reach us.
Exchange Process:
Customers are required to send the product to our warehouse at their own expense for the exchange process.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
Unused and unwashed
Returned in its original packaging with all tags intact
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, your exchange request will not be processed. The item will be returned to your pickup address, and return shipping charges will apply.
Note: Only one exchange per order is allowed.
We replace items if:
To make the process quick and fair, please record a full unboxing video from the moment you open your package. It’s required for all replacement requests.
Let us know within 7 working days of delivery. We can’t accept requests after that.
Do not break the tag loop attached to the garment.
If the tag is found broken or removed, we will not be able to process your replacement request.
